For homes in excess of £1.25M, we have a database in the region of over 8,000. The database is active and is continuously monitored to make sure it is up to date. We also run a number of online marketing campaigns that can bring in buyers from around the world. We have great success in sourcing buyers from London, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Sweden amongst others.

How long does it take to create a video tour of my house?
Normally each bespoke video takes in the region of a day to film and a couple more days to edit. Each video is completely bespoke with an experienced presenter or professional voice over artists, helping to show off your home.
How accurate are your estimations?
We know this area and have been selling high-value homes for many years. We instinctively know the market at any point in time throughout the year. We know when certain house types are in demand and when they are not. This all means we will be very specific and accurate about the value of your home.
I don’t have a lot of time, so how much time will you need from me?
Once we have all the paperwork agreed and signed, we take it from there. You can have as little or much involvement as you wish.
