Nigel and Abby and the rest of the team have provided an outstanding level of service from first enquiry to completion. We used McCarthy Holden to both sell and purchase a house. Harry did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish and was very professional throughout. He was very pro-active at keeping us in the loop and did all that he could to make this a smooth and stress-free process. In my experience, this genuine service is what sets McCarthy Holden apart from other estate agents we have used in the past. Harry had to remain patient with the chain and showed significant tenacity throughout, in getting everything completed in our chain, stepping above and beyond our expectations on a number of occasions. I would certainly recommend McCarthy Holden, who also try and invoke a community feel into their work. Whilst we had most of our dealings with Harry, I would say that all the McCarthy Holden staff we dealt with we great, including Matt and Abby (and the Saturday staff).
