Alway use independant estate agents, like McCarthy Holden. With so much local knowledge, their expertise is second to none and for us that was vital moving into an area we didn't know. Their approach is to find you a 'home', not just a house. Sarah, Andrea and Christina at the Odiham branch were fantastic. As first time buyers, they were helpful and guided us through the process.
