During the last three months media coverage about the residential property market has been awash with reports of a house market crash, yet on the shop floor McCarthy Holden experienced something entirely different.... Not a boom, but definitely a good stable market in house sales which has resulted in all of the McCarthy Holden sales offices achieving a record level of property sale exchanges in July.
