They all made the selling and purchase experience relatively stress free, keeping us updated and explaining each process. And even when the pressure was on they were unflappable. Cannot recommend enough.

I was looking for a house to buy and met with Matthew Fenn. While the property I ended up buying was not through Matt, I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service he offers. Friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very quick and efficient when making arrangements for viewing a property and when dealing with my questions. Should my circumstances change I will use Matt again and recommend him to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property in the area.

Ben, Pedro and David all provided us with a very professional, helpful and honest service from start to finish during the sale of our flat in Fleet back in Dec 2018. What should have been a straight forward chain ended up proving to be particularly stressful due to solicitor issues but Ben and David were really helpful in getting things pushed through as quickly as possible where they could and also offered constructive and honest advise along the way. Would definitely recommend and would use again myself if it came to moving again.

Have had a good experience with McCarthy Holden in Fleet. We sold and purchased through them. The staff are friendly and professional and kept us in touch along the way. Phone calls were always returned if the person I wanted wasn't there. I found there to be a relaxed sales approach. I had most interaction with Victoria who was always knowledgeable.

McCarthy Holden provided us a very professional and excellent service. They have sold our last 2 houses and we always use them where we can. I recently sold a property in Fleet through Ben Murphy and his team. The service was excellent from beginning to end. At the first appointment Ben arrived smartly dressed and very well equipped with marketing tools and information that really stood him out from other competitors I saw. The sales team had several viewings before the property went on the internet and I had a buyer within two weeks. I also liked that they have a separate after-sales manager, David Starling, who updated me throughout the process until the exchange day. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of selling or buying.
